You are invited to a tile-making workshop on Monday 8th May, 2-4pm in The Common Room.
Roman Road Trust and PC Projects are running a tile-making production line in which local people will make tiles to be used on the facade of the brand new Common Room.
The Common Room is currently under construction and is due to be completed in summer 2023. The project has been made possible after a successful crowdfunding campaign in 2020. Over 250 local people pledged, allowing us to raise over £80,000 to build a permanent version of the space. Read more about the journey of The Common Room.
This is an exciting part of the build where local residents, businesses and organisations are now being invited to help in the build process.
Where is The Common Room?
The Common Room can be found at 5 Ford Road, E3 5NS (just around the corner from Ace Cars and behind the Santander Cycles docking point).
Do I need to book a place?
No need to book! Just drop in anytime between 2:00-4:00pm. All welcome!
