Call for: Volunteer Illustrator

posted in: Heritage | 0

Are you a talented local illustrator? Are you interested in history and heritage? If you’re looking to build your portfolio and volunteer your time to a dedicated, passionate project, look no further!

As part of Rediscovering the Bow Heritage Trail, we are searching for a volunteer illustrator who can help us to shape the visual assets that will make up the trails. We will be designing digital PDF maps and digital trails for people to follow and we’re looking for an illustrator who can draw simple maps and re-create the blue heritage plaques. This is a fun, exciting project for someone who wants to contribute to a much-loved and vital piece of cultural history.

This is a voluntary, remote role. Please not that you must be able to digitise your work for this project. We’re keen to find illustrators and artists from the local area, so if that’s you or someone you know, please reach out!

To apply or to find out more information, please send a brief message explaining why you’re interested in the project along with 2 samples of your work to rosie@romanroadtrust.co.uk by 13th March 2022.
