Roman Road Yard Market launched on Saturday 19 March 2016 as a six week pilot.
The Roman Road Yard Market will be returning in spring 2017. It will be relaunched as a fresh produce and hot food market, with a few shopping stalls too.
Roman Road Trust is a not-for-profit, community interest company (CIC) – all profits will be reinvested into publicity and additional ‘experiential’ content to bring added value to the market value.
Information about Roman Road Yard Market
It’s an outdoor market.
Pitch fees are £32 (including stall hire) and £50 for hot food stalls (BYO truck/gazebo). Check for seasonal and introductory offers.
For more answers to your questions please download and read our Roman Road Yard Market Information Pack. It contains information on how we curate the market; fees and payment structure; guidance for first time stall-holders, and our market rules.
Buskers and workshop suggestions wanted
This market aims to be a community hub, giving opportunities for local artists and community groups to perform, hold exhibitions, and put on workshops. We have use of the Interact hub, a covered community hub adjacent to the car park.
If you would like to put on a workshop or you’re interested in a busking on the market, please email email@example.com.
How to apply for a stall
We curate the market so applying for a stall is a TWO step process.
1. The first step is to complete the application form below.
2. If your application is successful, we will email you with our Registration Form and you’ll be asked to send the necessary paperwork and pay.
***It’s important that you include all the links you may have to your online platforms so that we can see what you sell. This is also how we help publicise your stall and products to the public***
