With just over a week until the deadline to reach target for Transform The Common Room, Roman Road Trust would like to share our next Common Room Story from Mike Mitchell.
So far, we have shared the stories of Fabrizio Ghiandai and Irene De Lorenzis. Next up is Mike Mitchell. Mike is a local resident and member of Roman Road Neighbourhood Forum.
Roman Road Neighbourhood Forum was formed in 2016 and has been working to produce a Neighbourhood Plan for Bow. A Neighbourhood Plan is a formal document written by the local community which sets out planning policies to reflect local people's needs and priorities.
The Common Room enabled the creation and growth of Roman Road Neighbourhood Forum by providing a space to meet together publicly and raise awareness of the Neighbourhood Plan for Bow.
