Globe Town Common Vision: Knee’s Up

posted in: Community | 0

Come along to our Globe Town Knee’s Up on Thursday 22 February at The Larder, E2 0JD from 6:30pm. Enjoy a glass of bubbles and some delicious snacks while networking with the best of Globe Townies!

Local residents, businesses, and community groups are invited to our last event as part of a series of monthly workshops Roman Road Trust has been holding to develop the Globe Town Common Vision initiative.

At the Globe Town Knee’s Up we will celebrate the interesting stories, deep discussions, innovative suggestions and profound relationships which have been created over the past six months.

A short film will be screened featuring interviews with local businesses and community groups talking about what they think is important for the area and the value in continuing this community development initiative. The film is being produced by local up and coming videographers from Rich Mix New Creatives and Balik Arts.

This is the final event that is being delivered by the RRT and LBTH Roman Road West partnership. The partnership aims to support the Council’s high street improvement strategy over the next few years as part of the Thriving High Street programme funded by GLA.

The Globe Town Knee’s Up is the finale of the partnership and we will be celebrating and presenting our conclusions. Don’t miss it!
